My first moment of realizing every women should be able to conceive irrespective of her age was during my 4th pregnancy. One of my religious regular student started to avoid me after I announced I am expecting my 4th. I spent days in thoughts that were hovering above me.
was my class going downhill? Did she lose interest in yoga? Did she encounter any new physical illness? so on. I was desperate for an answer.
One day I saw her on the tread mill, and I started talking, she mentioned how much she missed my class. I was instantly relieved that it was not my yoga. Then came her reason for avoiding me. She is in her early 40’s and had already gone through several IVF’s, but failed to conceive.
My Ayurvedic knowledge knew I could help her, and my training in healing methodology knew I could support her emotionally.
In my experience I know that women of all ages need some kind of emotional support. I have worked with teenagers who think they are never enough, they need to prove something to their parents. Women in 20’s feel confused with life and don’t know where they are heading. Women in their late 20’s need emotional healing to release unwanted blockages to find an ideal partner, enjoyable job, deal with normal stressors. 30’s bring a new challenges, with boss and addictions.
Late 30’s triggers its own insecurities. In all aspects of growing we all generally need healing to bring clarity. Energy healing modalities, bring clarity. I have worked on clients in supporting them to release chronic pain, anxiety, depression issues in all ages. Women who are unable to conceive have several blockages and thought patterns that healing modalities have helped me work with them to bring clarity.
women sometimes struggle with hidden issues such as Sexual abuse, not happy in women’s body, hate for men overall, unsupportive parents. These issues surface during healing sessions.
Energy healing are of several modalities, work on mental, emotional and physical level.
Average human being creates min 40-50 thousand thoughts in a day and we hardly speak 4 sentences in a minute. Rest of the thoughts hover around our physical body as energy field. This energy field acts as an attracting field for our story and events that line up in our life.
More of negative thoughts lingering in our energies can attract unwanted situations. Events that are not cohesive to our spiritual growth. Patterns of attracting same kind of men, same situations over and over again are all surfaced during healing practices.
Energy healing is like a surgery that resolves issues from your tissues once for all. Any surfacing repetitive patterns can be recognized and resolved once for all. It has helped me personally in keeping my energy clear. It helps in bringing a new perspective to life with positive attitude.
How has energy healing helped me:
I get my healing done twice in a month. It helps in recognizing what organs needed extra support. Energy healing keeps me calm and releases thought patterns that show up.
When I went through my training, I was typical science minded student. I questioned energy healing and how it works on people. How can it effect someone far away and yet feel the energy flowing through someones hand.
Energy can reach anyone any where. Quantum physics proves it all. Our every thought is energy, that manifests into our reality. Our ancestors knew this long back.
Once I had full experience of feeling the energy flow with my teacher doing healing on me from East coast on phone. I had no more questions. Both my teachers reside on East coast. I enjoy every healing experience, it leaves me with more energy to do more in my life. I don’t have to drive, park and lay on the table. I can discuss all my issues on phone, its convenient and easy.
Process of energy healing:
My clients sleep in a quiet place where they are not disturbed. I call their phone and they talk about their day, just like any therapy session. We create intention for healing. I place my hands on healing points and release any energy clogging and emotional blockages.
Most of the clients express sense of lightness, extremely relaxed and calm feeling once we are done. First session, some clients can be closed energetically and emotionally. They feel the surge in energy and lighter after the session. 2nd session onwards depending on their sensitivity and energy release clients start to feel tingling sensation. Clients with chronic pain usually feel a sense of relief. Regular healing has helped a lot of my clients not to feel the same amount of pain.
Energy healing is not scientifically proved to cure any illness, mental conditions or any existing conditions that need medical attention.
These are just personal experiences that I have from my healing sessions and offering healing sessions to others.

Yet several women struggle to conceive.
According to Ayurveda it is important for every tissues in our body to be well nourished. Due to our life styles and routines many don’t get the nutrients that is needed to enhance the health of uterus, according toAyurveda nutrients take minimum 30 days to reach Uterus and testicles that is 7th dathu of (Arthava) Ovum and (shukra) Sperm.
I work with several women in my practice with symptoms that medical field addresses but never solves it or finds out root cause of it. Fertility enhancement is one of many neglected subjects in today’s world. Negligent towards fertility enhancement is similar to growing a bad quality crop on soil that has no nutrients.
I hear many of my clients kids having a lot of allergies, repetitive illness, ear infections and fever. Each new baby needs a mother to be in optimum condition. It all comes down to women’s health before conception. Ayurvedic process of fertility enhancement has so many benefits.
I am sharing a general steps that is followed in the process of fertility enhancement. It all started with a client who was skeptical but tried her luck after several IVF’s she was frustrated with several miscarriages.
We started our journey on herbs that improve digestion. We all carry some or other kind of digestive issues, that needs to be addressed first. After several weeks of herbs intake to build good digestion, my client started noticing her fatigue wasn’t bothering anymore, she felt hungry regularly. She knew this process is going to work right after that.
After rebooting digestion, monthly periods need to be regulated. Periods are another way a women’s body giving out signs of health, which not many consider. During this period several of her patterns of “I will never have a baby” made its way out. She took several energy healing to clear out patterns of negative thoughts that was blocking her emotionally to conceive.
After that we followed routine with adding herbs to nourish uterus health and sperm health. Routine included good healthy diet that is according to her body type to enhance her health in all aspects. Her partner also added herbs in his diet to increase sperm health. New routine is added one after the other with out overwhelming the client. Stress is reduced with each healing session, she had clarity of what to expect.
Then the process of trying to conceive started, she immediately conceived with in 2 months. Her body needed a little help to unclog channels that were clogged. At age 45 she made it through a beautiful full term baby. She delivered a beautiful 9lbs baby at age 45, which is not unusual if you can take care of health and work on emotional stability.
Through out her pregnancy I was part of the journey telling her how doctors will react to her age, she made it through naturally delivering her little miracle. Every time a women’s dream is fulfilled my trust on herbs and process increases.

Animal sources provide Heme-iron.
Add beef broth, bone broth, red meat, fish and sea food.
Non- heme iron is found in plant sources, green leafy vegetables. kale, spinach, chard, lentils, seeds.
I personally add pomegranates and beets to my diet to have that red color food that can increase rakta dhatu.
Vitamin C also plays a vital role in absorption of iron. the days you eat iron rich food, try including vitamin C, grapefruit , oranges, limes and lemons.
2. Calcium-rich Foods
My mom loads me up with milk. during pregnancy even if it was just few weeks, fetus absorbs enough calcium out of the bones of mother to be. It is need for the fetus to develop healthy heart, nerves and other organs.
In case of miscarriage all that calcium is eliminated along with the pregnancy tissue, causing a calcium deficiency in the woman. Hence, it is important for women to eat calcium-rich foods.
3. Folate-rich Foods
Many women who experience a miscarriage plan to try to conceive again after recovery. My suggestion is to include folate in your diet.
Folate is found in avacados, pumpkin seeds, dark green leafy vegetables like spinach, kale, and romaine lettuce. It is also found in asparagus, broccoli, citrus fruits, lentils, peas, avocado, ladies finger, squashes, Brussels sprouts, seeds, and nuts. Palak, okra.
4. Food increasing magnesium
Magnesium rich food is crucial after a miscarriage as women go through trauma and loss, that can lead to depression. research indicates that deficiency in magnesium is linked to depression. consuming serotonin producing food helps overcome any low feeling. Magnesium rich food reduces anxiety and depression. Super foods like cacao nibs, goji berries, steel cut oats, are all great source of magnesium.
5. Seasonal Fruits and vegetables
Now a days we have the luxury of buying exotic vegetables and fruits from different countries. Our body is not made to consume unseasonal fruits and vegetables. According to ayurveda it causes different imbalance depending on when we consume it. Studies show, a women who ate plenty of seasonal fresh fruits and vegetables in their diet post miscarriage showed 50% lower risk of future miscarriages.
Proteins help cell rejuvenation on all levels. Consuming good proteins according to your lifestyle is very important. eggs, poultry, chicken, beef, pork, shrimp all are good sources of protein rich foods. Vegetarians sources of proteins are lentils, cheese, dairy etc
7. Dry fruits
Dry fruits have all kinds of minerals that needed for the body. they are great source of fiber. Women need extra nutrients after losing tissues and there is general weakness in the body. Dry fruits and nuts add strength to body and recover faster.
What Foods to Avoid After Miscarriage?
There are some foods that are very unhealthy and can cause harm if consumed excessively post miscarriage. Below is a compilation of what not to eat after a miscarriage.
1. Frozen and fast food.
Processed and packed foods are termed as junk. junk and fast foods include anything that is frozen, pani puris, samosas, chips, French fries, potato wedges, pizzas, burgers, doughnuts etc. These contain trans-fats that cause inflammation in the body and cause obesity and heart disease if consumed excessively. This also doesn’t provide any nutrients and may be cause of PCOS Eating excess junk food increases the risk of miscarriage in women and also causes depression.
2. no fiber and high carbs
We love the taste of refined carbohydrates present in processed food are harmful to the body as they are high in carbs but low in fibre. Avoid processed foods like noodles, instant rice, Indian snacks like biscuits, savories, mixtures, and Indian bread like naan, parota, kulcha etc. that are made of refined white flour or Maida. Add whole wheat and whole grain to your diet to nourish your body inside out
Now a days, Soy has made its way into everything. even though it is a rich source of protein, it can cause hormonal imbalances when consumed in excess quantity. research suggests that soy hinders the absorption of iron. Avoid soy, soy bean oil, multi grain flours with soy etc.
We now eat more sugar than whole of our generations before. Sweets and sugary foods can cause your blood sugar levels to shoot up alarmingly. This fluctuation of blood sugar levels will slow down the healing process. Breakfast like muffins, corssint, jellies all include high amount of sugar. Please be aware of choosing right food as your body needs most care.
A miscarriage is a painful and confusing period of a women’s life. Recovery period is greatly influenced by what you include in your routine and diet you follow. Our body is finally reflection of what our thoughts are. Keep your thoughts clean, a diet that includes wholesome food with plenty of vegetables and fruits. Eat in moderation. surround yourself with happy people to overcome this hurdle in your journey.
